LOCAL GOVERNMENT We have worked with several of the major city councils in the region. We ask the question- "What does a 'good to great' council look like?". We use the Four Attractors' Diamond to focus on how successful the City, District, or Region is in achieving key outcomes for its various costituencies, based on its score on four attractors: • Liveability, • Workability, • Investability, • Visitability. We facilitate workshops and events to engage the elected councilors and the Executive team in a strategic conversation about how best to take the council forward.
