SMALL ISLAND NATIONS

We began working in the Caribbean in 2004 to assist in developing growth and innovation strategies in Trinidad. The small island nations of the Caribbean are each faced with the challenge of creating viable economic, environmental, and societal future. Failure to do this means that their key talented young people give up hope and will choose to live and work offshore, and their economies will stagnate.

IN essence this challenge is similar to all states and cities all around the world who seeks to compete successfully within the global boundaryless world of todays’ interconnected society.

We use Scenarios and our Best Bets Business Strategy process to help bring together different stakeholders to get entrepreneurial ventures off the ground faster and with more chance of success.
